Hello, I read an article about astral projection at wicca.com. And I tried a technique where at night when you go to bed, you stare at an object until you suddenly fall asleep on a blink. But you'll notice that you can still see the object and that you can walk around and stuff, but not move your body. It didn't work for me on my first night.
