Astral Projection

Hello, I read an article about astral projection at wicca.com. And I tried a technique where at night when you go to bed, you stare at an object until you suddenly fall asleep on a blink. But you'll notice that you can still see the object and that you can walk around and stuff, but not move your body. It didn't work for me on my first night. Before I had learned of Wicca, I had developed a strategy to relieve anxiety. You would imagine a circle of your favorite color, then you would imagine a golden glow to start at the bottom as the circle starts to spin, then you imagine the circle to start spinning faster and faster as the golden glow starts to encase it. Then you see it explode in your head. Little did I know that there was an indigo blue chakra at the point between and a little above your eyebrows, called the third eye. One of it's powers is to relieve nervousness. I will put down more information about chakras when I learn enough to make a page with that information. Bye!
